I grew up in South Texas, studied horticulture at Texas A&M (Class of '89 — Gig 'em), spent a year in New Zealand after graduation, and eventually found my way to Katy. That was 26 years ago. I got my real estate license, joined RE/MAX Cinco Ranch, and built a practice around a simple idea: treat every client the way I'd want to be treated if I were the one making the biggest financial decision of my life.
That means I don't disappear after showing you three houses. I don't hand you off to an assistant for the hard parts. I don't push you toward a decision that's good for my timeline but wrong for yours.
What I do is listen, research, advise, and advocate — from our first conversation through closing and for years after. Most of my business comes from past clients and their referrals. That's not an accident. It's the result of doing this the right way, every single time.
When you hire me, you get me. I personally oversee every aspect of your transaction — pricing strategy, negotiation, contract review, marketing, and client communication. I have support behind me for coordination and logistics, but the strategic decisions always come through me directly.
Before real estate, I ran a commercial landscape design, installation, and maintenance firm in Houston. That hands-on experience — understanding how a property's outdoor spaces affect value, curb appeal, and buyer perception — is something most agents simply don't have.
I'm bilingual (English/Spanish), which matters in the diverse Katy-area market. And as a Disney Institute-trained professional, I approach every client relationship with a hospitality mindset: every detail matters, every interaction counts.
